2. Online Bookings and Payments
- Prices for services are clearly displayed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
- All bookings made through our online platform are subject to availability.
- Payment for services must be made in full through our secure online payment system at the time of booking, or as otherwise agreed upon.
- Once a booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- You may cancel or reschedule your booking by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled service time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service time may incur a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of the booking amount.
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process, including details about your vehicle.
- Please ensure your vehicle is free of personal valuables and large debris before service. While we exercise extreme care, Script & Suds is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
- For detailing and interior cleaning services, vehicles should be presented in a reasonably accessible condition.
5. Limitation of Liability
While Script & Suds strives to provide the highest quality service, we are not liable for pre-existing damage to your vehicle, or for damage that may occur due to faulty parts, prior repairs, or unusual circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any damage caused directly by our service will be limited to the cost of rectifying the damage or the value of the service provided, whichever is less.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Script & Suds or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our express written permission.
